After the outbreak of the new pneumonia epidemic, the domestic CEB train operating platform took the initiative to meet the export needs of enterprises, and cooperated with a large number of enterprises, such as TCL, Dell, Lenovo, Geely and Volvo, to operate "customized trains" and provide full logistics and transportation solutions, by adopting matching schedules, encrypting plans, etc. Through a number of initiatives, such as matching schedules and encryption plans, it has provided important support for domestic and foreign enterprises to maintain the stability of the industrial chain supply chain.

Regarding the next work arrangement, Xia Jun said that it will actively strengthen the cooperation with railroad and postal departments, enhance the level of informationization of China-EU trains, strengthen information interoperability, improve the whole chain of supervision, form a regulatory synergy and improve the efficiency of customs clearance. Support the relevant cities to carry out the Sino-European train transport and mail test under the premise of meeting the regulatory conditions, encourage and guide more enterprises to participate in the cross-border e-commerce commodity transportation of the Sino-European train, and cultivate new trade patterns.

In September last year, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Railway Group further improved the layout plan of the overseas channels of the China-EU Liner, actively promoting the enhancement of the capacity of the northern and central channels, accelerating the cultivation and development of the southern channel, improving the layout of overseas hub nodes, and strengthening the support of trade and channel facilitation. About the current market widely concerned about the overseas South Passage, Zhuang He, director of the freight department of the National Railway Group, said that it will strongly support domestic cities to expand the scale of China-European liner transportation via South Passage, include China-European liner statistics between China and trans-Eurasian Turkey, Georgia and other sea-front countries, give the corresponding tariff and capacity policy, and provide support for localities to operate China-European liner through South Passage.
