Commonly used foreign trade terms are as follows.

EXW (ex works) Factory delivery:

XW is one of the Incoterms, which means that the delivery is completed when the seller places the goods at the disposal of the buyer at his premises or at another designated place (such as workshop, factory or warehouse), without the seller clearing the export or loading the goods onto any means of transport. The term is the one for which the seller has the least responsibility. The buyer must bear the full cost and risk of taking delivery of the goods at the seller's premises. However, if the parties wish the seller to be responsible for the loading of the goods at the time of shipment and to bear the full cost and risk of loading the goods, this must be expressly stated in the contract of sale. The term should not be used where the buyer is not able to directly or indirectly handle the export, but rather FCA if the seller agrees to load the goods and bear the costs and risks.
